As long as your single photo is a minimum of 600 DPI, we can make a 9-piece perfectly matched puzzle out of it! Your children and grandchildren will love putting the puzzle together. Each puzzle piece is 2" square and together they complete a 6" x 6" puzzle.
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders within Petrolia.
We will contact you via text message/email with the phone number/email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Whatever the issue, please give us the opportunity to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). In the event that your custom items are defective or damaged, exceptions will apply. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
